Free Tool assessment practice

The tool assessment runs straight after the EIAT itself. It is short, around fifteen to twenty minutes, and it does not count towards your EIAT score — but it does feed your interview score, which is what decides where you sit on the hiring list. Expect to read a tape measure to a sixteenth of an inch, identify common hand tools, and choose the right tool for a described job.
